Skirt has center front inverted box hemline pleat and narrow hem. Topstitching and edgestitching. Vintage Size 8 fits a 31 1/2-inch bust, 24-inch waist and 33 1/2-inch hip. This vintage Vogue sewing pattern is cut and is complete with instructions. The envelope has some wrinkling and edgewear.
