The pattern is complete and cut. It comes with instructions. The pattern pieces are a bit puffy from use.
The pattern has been stored a long time with edgewear to the envelope.
This pattern includes all sizes and fits women with a 26 1/2-inch to 28-inch waist and 36-inch to 38-inch hip.
