Equally beautiful when worked in either ball point or brush textile paint. Includes directions for radiant, natural colors and instruction chart." This vintage transfer is undated but I believe it is 1959 beccause there are 50 states included. The transfers and instructions are complete. One of the birds has a small rip, but should not cause a problem as long as the transfer is placed carefully. The envelope has yellowed and does have some foxing and light penmarks.
