This vintage Butterick sewing pattern No. 7414 makes a girls vest, blouse and skirt. I have gone through this pattern and while it has been partly cut, it is complete with all 15 pieces and primer/instructions. The pattern has been stored a long time, and the envelope has yellowing, tatters, foxing and edgewear. This outfit fits a 28-inch breast, 24-inch waist and 30-inch hip. The finished length of the skirt is 19 1/4 inches.
