Simplicity 9516 Girl's Puritan, Centennial, 18th and 19th Century Costumes. It includes patterns for dress, bonnet and apron. The pattern is complete and mostly uncut. Instructions are included. The pattern has been stored a long time with tears, foxing and edgewear to the envelope. The pattern pieces are "puffy" from use. These costumes fit a 26-inch chest, 23-inch waist and 27-inch hip.
