This original vintage 1948 Simplicity pattern is suitable for creating a wonderful tot's circle skirt. It features a circle skirt with a side opening and optional suspenders or belt loops. The pattern is complete. Instructions are included. The pattern has been stored a long time, and the envelope has yellowing, tatters and edgewear. There are some pencil notes on the back. This outfit fits a 20 1/2-inch waist and 23-inch hip. The finished length of the skirt is 10 1/2 inches.
