From the envelope, "All around gathered skirt joined to bodice has pocket in right side seam. Gathers from midsection and from the shoulders in front release bust fullness. Surplice fronts below low, V-neck-line. Three quarter length push up and very short sleeves."
Sewing pattern is for a Vintage 50s Size 16 that fits a 34-inch bust and 37-inch hip.
The unprinted pattern is missing two facing pieces that can be recreated by an intermediate or advanced seamstress. The pattern envelope is in fair condition for its age with some wrinkling and tears.
