From the envelope, "V. 1 and 4 have extended shoulders forming cap sleeves. V. 2, 3 and 5 have extended shoulders with set-in sleeves. V. 1 and 2 have boat neck. V. 1 has short sleeves with turn back cuffs. V. 2 and 5 have three quarter length sleeves. V. 3 and 4 have top-stitched “V” neck. V. 3 has long sleeves. V. 5 has front slash opening."

The pattern is complete and uncut in factory folds with instructions. The pattern has been stored a long time with minor edgewear to the envelope.
