From the pattern envelope, "One-Piece Dress and Jacket: The sleeveless and collarless A-line dress has high round neckline and back zipper. Lined jacket has front button closing, notched collar, set-in sleeves and optional flaps. Contrasting jacket V. 1 has about wrist-length sleeves. Jacket V. 2 has short sleeves."
This pattern fits a Vintage 60s Girls' Size 8 with a 26-inch breast, 23-inch waist and 28-inch hip.
The pattern is complete and cut. It comes with instructions. The envelope is in poor condition with edgewear, torn sides and yellowing.
