The top-stitched shirt has front button closing and forward shoulder seams, with high round neckline, notched collar, and set in sleeves that may be gathered to buttoned cuffs. View 1 with long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs has patch pockets and button trimmed flaps. View 2 has short sleeves with turn-back cuffs. Shirt may be tied in front. The creased bell-bottom pants have side zipper and waistband. A purchased belt or sash may be worn."
Pattern fits a 32-inch bust, 25-inch waist and 35-inch hip. Vintage sewing pattern is complete and partly cut with instruction sheet included. Some pieces are taped, but fine for use.
Envelope is in fair condition with yellowing, and edgewear and no flap.
