From the pattern envelope, "Pants and shorts have back zipper and elastic waistline. Topstitched Pantskirt with flapped pocket has skirt panel with front waistband over pants with front waistband, back elastic casing and back zipper. Top-stitched Shirt jacket with front band button closing has collar, flaps, short sleeves with tuck details and side slits."
It fits a vintage 70s size 18 1/2 with a 41-inch bust, 35-inch waist and 43-inch hip. The pattern is complete and never been used. It was removed from the envelope, so pattern pieces have refolding wear. There are pencil marks on the instructions. The envelope is in fair condition with minor yellowing and edgewear.
