From the pattern envelope, "The skirt is cut in 4 sections if made with 35" or 39" fabrics and 3 if made with 54" fabric. View1 is fashioned with deep soft pleats around the waistline and a wide cummerbund. View 2 is gathered around the waistline with a narrow waistband."
The pattern is complete and been used. Instructions are included The envelope is in poor condition with tears, edgewear and yellowing.
