From the envelope, "Pinafore or sundress has buttoned back opening gathered skirt and tie belts in side front seams. Pinafore A, open in back, has square neckline, ruffles and patch pockets, Pinafore or sundress B has round neckline, eyelet skirt and eyelet shoulder bands. Pinafore or sundress C has patch pockets, scalloped neckline, shoulder bands and hemline and ribbon trim on bodice and skirt."
