This original vintage Simplicity pattern is suitable for creating a wonderful robe and pjs. From the envelope, "the pajamas have pants with elastic waistline casing. The top with patch pockets, collar, long set-in sleeves and sleeve bands has lace edging trim for girls and optional top-stitching for boys. Top may be made with front button closing or decorative snap fasteners. The double breasted robe with optional front button closing has notched collar, patch pockets, long set-in sleeves, and tie belt thru self fabric carriers. V. 2 has lace edging trim and purchased appliques".
The pattern is complete with instructions and is partly uncut. The pattern has been stored a long time, and the envelope has some edgewear and yellowing. The size is circled in ink.
This outfit fits a 25-inch chest, 22-inch waist. The finished length of the robe at the back is 27 inches.
