From the envelope, "In Style I, the round neckline and front opening are finished with bias binding and a bow. Lace edging outlines the neck and puffed sleeves. Style II has a square neckline gathered in front and trimmed with an eyelet band. It buttons down the center back and the short puffed sleeve is finished with binding. Style III features a front yoke, pleats and a button closing. The narrow front band, round collar and sleeves are edged with lace. The sleeves may be short or long."
The printed pattern is mostly uncut and is complete. Instructions are included. The pattern has been stored a long time, and the envelope has edgewear, and yellowing. It is missing its flap. A name is written on it in pencil.
