From the pattern envelope,"Copyright 1966 Simplicity 6409 sewing pattern MISSES' SET OF BLOUSES AND SCARF: Blouse has slightly lowered round neckline and back button closing. V's 1 & 2 have long set-in sleeves with elastic casings forming self-ruffles and a triangle scarf with ribbon ties. V. 1 has rick-rack trim. V. 2 has lace edging trim; sleeves and scarf may be made of lace, eyelet and sheers. Sleeveless V.'s 3 & 4 have neck ruffle. V. 3 has lace edging trim."
Vintage 60s Size 10 fits a Bust 31-inch Waist 24-inch, Hip 33-inch, back length 15 3/4-inch, and finished back length of blouse 21 1/4-inch.
The pattern is complete and partly uncut. The pattern has been stored a long time and the envelope is in very good condition with minor edgewear and yellowing.
