From the pattern envelope, "V. 1 or 2 dress with back zipper has front gathered
to yoke and Peter Pan collar. V. 1 has contrast collar and sleeve bands. V. 2 has lace and button trim. V. 3 or 4 overalls have shoulder button closure, patch pockets, back buttoned tabs and optional snap fastened crotch. V. 1 and 3 have rick-rack trim and appliques."
This pattern fits a Vintage 90s Child Size 4 with a 23-inch breast, 21-inch waist.
The pattern is complete and partly uncut. It comes with instructions. The envelope is in good condition with edgewear and foxing.
