From the envelope, "Simplicity 6956; ©1975; Mens' Shirt: The top stitched shirt V. 1 and 2 with front button closing and notched collar has back yoke, forward shoulder seams, buttoned shoulder tabs, slits in side seams, upper patch pockets with buttoned flaps and optional back elastic and lower patch pockets with buttoned flaps. V. 1 has long set-in sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. V. 2 features short set-in sleeves with tuck detail."
Pattern offered fits a men's size 38 with a 15-inch neck, 32-inch waist and 38-inch chest.
Vintage sewing pattern is complete, and partially uncut. The envelope is in good condition with edgewear.
