From the pattern envelope, "Dress her in this leggings-coat-and-bonnet outfit of pink or blue flannel with all-white embroidery for a sugar-plum effect. Or work the hearts and flowers in two colors, such as red and blue or red and green, as shown in the illustration above. For summer, the coat and bonnet without leggings, is charming in pique or crepe with satin-stitch embroidery."
The printed pattern is complete with yellow transfer and is cut. Instructions are included. The pattern has been stored a long time, and the envelope has edgewear, and has been reinforced with tape. There are pencil notations on the front and the year 1945 written on it in ink.
