This original pattern is suitable for creating a wonderful 18" infant doll's wardrobe.
From the pattern envelope, ""Simple to Sew". V. 1 smock has long raglan sleeves, ribbon drawstrings at neck and sleeve edges and patch pocket trim. V. 2 dress has full gathered skirt and lace medallion trim. V. 2 and 3 dresses are sleeveless and have back snap closings. V. 3 hat is held in place in back and under the chin with ribbon ties. V. 4 top ties at side edges and in back with ribbons. V. 4 pants are fitted at waistline and leg edges with elastic in casings. V. 5 pajama top has back snap closing. Below-the-knee length pants are fitted at waistline with elastic in casing. Robe has 3/4 length raglan sleeves and is fitted at neck edge with ribbon drawstring."
The pattern has been used and is complete. It comes with instructions. The envelope is in fair condition with yellowed tape, ink notations and edgewear.
