From the envelope, "Loose-fitting mini dress with round neckline has gathered skirt attached to high yoke. Full, wrist-length sleeves gathered at cap and into cuff with purchased smocked trim or sleeveless. with puff and elastic casing at lower edge. Purchased rick rack and button trim."
The pattern is complete and uncut. Instructions are included. The envelope is in good condition with edgewear, slight stains and a piece of tape. Size 4 measurements have been circled in ink.
