V. 1 & 3 skirt with front gores has back zipper and elastic waistline casing. V. 2 & 4 pants have back zipper and elastic waistline casing."

The pattern is complete and in factory folds, never used. It comes with instructions. The pattern has been stored a long time with minor edgewear, tattering and yellowing to the envelope.
