From the pattern envelope, "(Transfer for applique and doll included): The jumper or the overalls with optional clown applique and clown doll have front band, side openings and back extensions fastened to bib. The garments are fastened with buttons and buttonholes or with decorative snap fasteners. The jumper has patch pockets and optional braid trim. The overalls have optional snap fastened inner leg seam and knee patches."
This pattern fits a Vintage 70s Child's Size 2 with a 21-inch chest, and a 21-inch waist.
The pattern is complete and never used in factory folds. It comes with instructions and transfer. The envelope is in very fair condition with edgewear and a name written on it.
