From the envelope, "The top-stitched shirt-jacket with front and back gathered to yokes has shirt type collar, front band button closing, set-in sleeves gathered to button cuffs, patch pockets, optional slits at side seams. Top version with 3/4 length sleeves has turned back cuffs. The skirt and pants have size zipper and waistband."
Vintage Seventies Size 16 fits a Bust 38, Waist 30, Hip 40.
The pattern is complete and in factory folds, never used. It comes with instructions. The pattern has been stored a long time with minor edgewear and creasing to the envelope.
