From the envelope, "Transfer Included: V. 1 and 2 top has long set-in sleeves and back button closing. V.1 has lace trim and V.2 has top-stitching and bunny applique with pompon tail. V.3 top has short set-in sleeves and front button closing. Pants have elastic in back and waistband and buttonholes at front to attach to top. V. 1 has lace trim. V. 2 pants have enclosed feet with elastic around ankles. (Hammer on Metal Fasteners may be used in place of buttons)."
Sewing pattern is for a girl or boy with a 20-inch breast and 19.5-inch waist.
The pattern is complete and mostly uncut. The instructions have yellowed. The pattern envelope is in good condition for its age with yellowing and edgewear.
