From the envelope: "Girls One Piece Dress: The 'tent' dress with slightly lowered round neckline has back zipper. Collarless V1 & 2 have short set-in sleeves. V1 has embroidered eyelet edging and ribbon trim. V2 & 3 have lace edging trim. Sleeveless V3 has bias roll collar. Copyright 1967.." Pattern fits a 30-inch breast, 25-inch waist and 32.5-inch hip. The pattern is complete and has been cut. The envelope is in fair shape, but a piece of masking tape is stuck to it.
